About the Session on Georgia JurisprudenceDr Larry Brown
Total CE Hours: 1 (COPE Approved)

Description: This one hour course is a review of Georgia state laws and rules for optometry. 
Objective: It is intended to help the licensee meet the requirements for Georgia license renewal.

Larry Brown, OD
is the speaker for the session on Ethics/Jurisprudence.  Dr. Brown, AACO 2019 Award recipient of "Member of the Year," 
attended the University of Wisconsin and Marquette University and graduated with honors from the University of California School of Optometry. Dr. Brown was appointed to the Georgia Board of Optometry in 2014 and is currently vice president of the board. He also serves on the rules and CE audit committees. Dr. Brown has been active as Georgia's representative to ARBO where he chairs the rules committee and serves on the OE Tracker and bylaws committees. He is also a COPE reviewer.
